郭洪峰，男，山東新泰人，1979年11月出生。2008年6月畢業于山東大學數學學院，并獲得理學博士學位，攻讀博士期間于2006年至2007年受國家留學基金委資助赴芬蘭赫爾辛基大學學習?，F為山東財經大學數學與數量經濟學院教授，碩士生導師。
教學方面，為本科生主講過《數學分析》、《概率論與數理統計》、《微積分》、《線性代數》、《經濟博弈論》等課程。多年來一直從事大學生數學建模競賽的指導工作，共指導學生獲得國家一等獎2項，國家二等獎2項，省級獎勵10余項。
科研方面，目前已在《Topology and its applications》、《Journal of function spaces》、《Abstract and applied analysis》、《Journal of applied mathematics and computing》、《數學進展》等國內外重要學術刊物上發表論文10余篇。主持完成國家自然科學基金1項，山東省自然科學基金1項，山東省統計科研重點課題1項，校級課題3項。另外，作為主要成員參與省級課題多項。
主要研究方向：拓撲學、數量經濟學。
